Leftover packaging, scraps, and heavy dust removed once trades are done. (Large debris and dumpsters stay with the contractor.)
[ Detail clean ]
Every surface
Stickers, adhesive, and paint specks removed; cabinets, fixtures, glass, and tracks detailed.
[ Touch-up ]
Final walk
A light pass before move-in or final inspection to catch dust that resettled.

When should we book?
After sanding, painting, and flooring are finished. Cleaning before trades are done means cleaning twice.
Do you need power and water?
Yes, both need to be on for us to vacuum and wet-clean properly.
