Why we started
Too many people in Seminole County had the same story about cleaning services: a great first visit, then a rotating cast of strangers, missed rooms, and no one answering the phone.
We built KClaroCC to fix that. Recurring clients keep the same team. Every home has a written checklist with your notes. And when something isn't right, you call one number and a person deals with it.
We clean houses, apartments, small offices, new construction, and vacation rentals from Sanford down to Maitland.

How our teams work
Every new cleaner trains alongside an experienced team lead before working independently, learning our checklists, product use, and how to treat a client's home. Teams arrive with their own equipment and leave a short note after each visit.
