KCLAROCC Inc. ("KClaroCC," "we," "us") provides residential and commercial cleaning in Lake Mary and Seminole County, Florida. This policy explains what personal information we collect through kclarocc.us and while providing service, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Contact details: name, email, phone, and service address.
• Home and job details: size, rooms, pets, cleaning preferences, and notes you give us.
• Access information: door codes, lockbox codes, alarm instructions, or keys you provide.
• Billing records: invoices and payment history. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we don't store full card numbers.
• Photos: completion photos for rental hosts or to document an issue, taken only of the areas we clean.
• Technical data: basic server logs such as IP address and browser type, used for security.

We do not use advertising trackers on this website.

How we use it

• To prepare estimates, schedule, and perform cleaning;
• To send appointment reminders and service notes;
• To bill and collect payment;
• To handle complaints, re-cleans, and disputes;
• To meet legal and tax obligations.

How we protect access information

Door and alarm codes are shared only with the team assigned to your home. Physical keys are labeled with a code, never your name or address, and are kept secured when not in use. When service ends, we return keys and delete stored codes.

Sharing

We don't sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (such as scheduling, email, and payment processing), and with authorities when required by law.

Retention

We keep client and billing records while you're a client and for up to seven years afterward for tax purposes. Website inquiries that don't become clients are deleted within 24 months.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or opt out of reminders, by emailing support@kclarocc.us. We respond within 30 days.

Children

Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the effective date when we do.
